Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build of customer solutions within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
• Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements
• Documentation of customer requirements and to be solution design
• Delivering training workshops and handing over solution to customer
• Supporting the marketing team throughout the customer life cycle.

Experience:

• Full end-to-end hands-on experience of implementing and customising Microsoft Dynamics modules
• Experience as a Consultant or End User responsible for implementation and evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM App
• Experience with the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Pages (Portals) and Power Automate
• Ability of understanding, designing, implementing and improving customer experience and/or marketing processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• English and other languages a plus
