Role: Magento developer
Location: London

The role
The successful candidate will help build and maintain new and on-going E-Commerce sites/ stores for our clients. The role will involve constant monitoring or changes, installation of new modules and implementing up dates.

Experience Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in design and development of Magento Web Commerce solutions
• Must be able to demonstrate successful delivery of a minimum 2-3 Magento implementation projects in a client facing environment
• Strong team player with the confidence to take on a leadership role
• Experience of working on high-volume transactional systems
• Excellent understanding of the complete development life cycle for production quality web-based systems on major engagements
• An appreciation of agile development methodologies is required and a good understanding of Unix operating systems
• Good knowledge of BCC, Scenarios, Commerce Pipeline, Request Pipeline, Nucleus and all the OOTB repositories
• Previous experience leading development and design of eCommerce sites
• Mentor client IT teams in Commerce development and best practices
• Ability to drive best practice approaches for development and delivery of eCommerce deployments
• Install, upgrade, configure and tune Magento Commerce solutions at customer sites
