We’re looking to appoint to an exciting, newly created Invoice Finance Manager role where you will support in actively managing relationships with our clients and invoice finance provider to assist on managing cash flow. As our Invoice Finance Relationship Manager, you will take control of management of the client portfolio through periodic reviews, analysis of Management Information and compliance with client operating conditions. You will effectively manage Risk in accordance with our invoice finance Global Risk Framework.

Your responsibilities as our Invoice Finance Relationship Manager will include:

• Obtaing all documentation from clients to fulfil operating conditions
• Reviewing all documentation obtained to ensure full understanding of clients risk profile
• Managing excellent client service by good communication with Credit Control / Service Centre and Relationship Executive within our providers
• Managing Risk by good communication with Credit Control / Service Centre and Relationship Executive within our providers
• Seeking new opportunities by proactively managing the client relationship
• Ensuring the meeting of client needs by good communication via email, face to face, telephone etc.
• Ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for the client by adhering to our partner providers Onboarding Process
• Developing and maintains own network of business connections in the local area to enhance our company reputation and opportunity identification
• Managing and increase our portfolio of invoice finance partner providers

What we are looking for in our ideal Invoice Finance Relationship Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and partner invoice finance providers
• Customer Service experience
• Risk management in a financial services environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Time management
• Relationship management
• Financial understanding
• UK ABFA Certificate a plus
• Full driving licence
• IT skills/familiarity with CRM and risk management systems
