We’re looking to appoint to an exciting, newly created Investment Manager role where you will support in actively managing relationships with our clients and investors to assist on making new investments.

Your key duties as Investment Manager will include

• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with a number of prospective and existing investee businesses
• Managing and increasing our portfolio of investors
• Assisting and supporting investors in the making of new investments in our clients
• Preparing investment papers for new/follow-on investments
• Reviewing and analysing financial and other information for the whole of client portfolio

To secure the Investment Manager role you will need:

• A master degree
• An interest in technology and innovation
• Financial analysis and appraisal skills including strong numeracy skills with knowledge and practical experience of interpreting financial information and assessing risk
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with a wide range of people including investees, external stakeholders and partner organisations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write reports and give impactful presentations to a range of different audiences
• A demonstrable commitment to working collaboratively internally and externally
• Excellent IT skills including familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, online communication tools
• Self-motivated, well-organised with the ability to adapt and work flexibly
• An ability to travel across UK and internationally
